Upon recharging Tk 33, customer will get flat tariff during 05 AM - 05 PM as per below conditions:
• 10P/10S to Other Operator numbers
• 05P/10S to Robi numbers
• Time band: 05 AM - 05 PM
• Validity of special rate for Tk 33 recharge - 5 days including the day of recharge

Campaign duration  

30 days (changeable based on the actual performance of the campaign).

Process to get the offer  

Existing prepaid customer (excluding SME, Corporate, easyload and Uddokta) can avail this flat tariff up on recharging Tk 33.

Post evaluation process 

Campaign performance needs to be tracked from the 1st day of campaign launch and performance updates should be sent on a daily basis.

General Conditions  

- Only through recharging exactly Tk 33, customer can avail the flat rate offer.
- After Tk 33 recharge, offer validity will be 5 days from the day of recharge respectively. In case of multiple recharges the validity will be extended.
- Special rate will be activated instantly after recharge.
- Call rate from 5 pm – 5 am will be as per customer's existing plan.
- Other service rates (like SMS, MMS, Data etc) will be unchanged (as per existing product) during the campaign.
- Customers can avail free Facebook by dialling *8444*00#. Usage limit up to 100 MB with one day validity.
- 10 second pulse applicable.
- 15% VAT applicable for all the tariffs.

• Only FNF of Hoothaat Chomok 32 subscribers can avail the bonus mins.
• Nobanno 37 subscribers will be able to enjoy free mins only during 8am-5pm
• Subscriber will get all three slabs bonus once in a day

All Robi prepaid customers except Uddokta, easyload, Corporate and SME can enjoy upto BDT 100 Jhotpot Balance which allows them to make necessary calls or SMS consumption during the urgent need when the balance is finished.

Offer Details

- All Robi prepaid (except Uddokta, Easy load, corporate & SME) subscriber will be eligible for Jhotpot Balance.
- Through this feature all the Robi prepaid subscriber will be eligible to get Jhotpot Balance of BDT 05-100.
- Jhotpot Balance credit limit will be changed every month depending on the customers usages and recharge pattern
- For Registration in hotpot Balance, customers need to dial *8811*1# (FOC) or Type “START” send it to 8811.
- For De-registration in Jhotpot Balance, customers need to dial*8811*2# (FOC) or typing “STOP” & send it to 8811.
- Customers can use this Jhotpot Balance amount for any local voice calls, local SMS, & any Voice and/or SMS Bundle Purchase.
- In the next recharge of the customer, the Jhotpot balance (70% of the credit amount or total limit whichever is lower will be applicable ) amount will be deducted from the recharged/refilled amount
- Customer can enjoy till the maximum/full limit of his/her Jhotpot Balance amount. Once the Credit amount is fully consumed, no further credit will be allowed till s/he repays the loan (partially/totally).
- Respective package call charge & pulse will be rJBain unchanged while availing Jhotpot Balance
- Customers will be able to check the Jhotpot Balance amount by dialing *222*16# (FOC)
- To enjoy Jhotpot Balance customers’ needs to have main account validity
- Any IDD / Roaming usage is not applicable in Jhotpot Balance
